Which time is best to visit Okavango Delta
Weather is not always predictable, but it does rain between December-March. April-November is dry and the peak season. The months from May to August are considered winter. They have cool mornings, evenings, and daytime temperatures that hover around the mid-20s. September and October are the hottest months, with temperatures in the 30’s.

Although grass can be tall and bush can become thick in March and April, cats are not fond of wet grass. Therefore, it can be a good idea to spot them as they walk along tracks.
You might consider a riding safari. The best time to do this is May to August when the waters are high. There are many opportunities to swim with the horses. But the riding speed is slower when the flood waters recede. The riding along the flood plains is quicker and wildlife is concentrated closer to the water.
